Hearing Date Set for September 1, 2023 Regulatory Filing
The California Department of Insurance (CDI) announced that it will hold a public hearing on April 24, 2023 to consider the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) September 1, 2023 Regulatory Filing. The WCIRB submitted the Filing to the CDI on February 27, 2023.
