Hearing Date Set for September 1, 2023 Pure Premium Rate Filing
The California Department of Insurance (CDI) announced that it will hold a public hearing on June 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM PST to consider the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California’s (WCIRB’s) September 1, 2023 Pure Premium Rate Filing. The WCIRB submitted the filing to the CDI on April 28, 2023.
