2021 USRP Manual Changes

The WCIRB reviews the California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan—1995 (USRP) changes that impact January 1, 2021 and September 1, 2021 policies. This includes a presentation of the substantial changes to simplify the Multiple Enterprises rule and the Iron or Steel erection classifications that recently became effective on September 1st, as well as reviews Classification 8871, Clerical Telecommuter Employees and other classification changes that have been in effect since January 1st. We discuss the most frequently submitted questions during this presentation.
